Ginger Unger, CCIM, is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas and has earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. Ginger has been actively involved in the real estate industry representing land owners, commercial property owners, and tenants throughout Texas. She has been serving tenants in the representation of commercial lease space in the San Antonio area for several years. Ginger currently serves clients from all over the United States as well.

Ginger’s background includes home construction and development which gives her a unique prospective when working with her clients. She is an active member of Certified Commercial Investment Members of San Antonio, National Association of Realtors, San Antonio Board of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers, and a board member of the Realtors Commercial Alliance in San Antonio, Texas.

Tatiana Emanuel is the Senior Associate of Secor One Commercial Group. She currently is a candidate for CCIM designation. Tatiana primarily specializes in multifamily investment properties, land, development projects and leasing.
